SolarWinds Patch Manager software lets you leverage and extend the capabilities of Microsoft® WSUS and SCCM to report, deploy, and manage Microsoft and third-party patches.

SolarWinds Patch Manager allows your company to leverage your existing Microsoft WSUS or SCCM implementation to deploy and manage patches for both Microsoft and third-party applications – all from a central point of control, across tens of thousands of servers and workstations.

Conveniently, Patch Manager does not require the use of Microsoft SCUP or complicated scripting to deploy, manage, or report on third-party patches when using Microsoft WSUS or SCCM.

  • Integration with System Center Configuration Manager 2012.Today, Patch Manager is integrated with System Center Configuration Manager 2007.

  • Improved Configuration. This release automatically installs WMI providers on Patch Manager servers, automatically launches wizards to setup 3rd party updating, and provides remediation suggestions for commonly encountered WSUS errors.
